Last Google Adsense TOS Update - What really brings new

If you are Adsense publisher you probably noticed or already accepted new Adsense TOS update but do you really know what was changed? There are some good news and new privacy policy rule that tells that you must add one privacy policy page to your site where you run Adsense ads. Let’s see on the fly new changes in Adsense TOS:

1. Publishers now need to add a new privacy policy page to sites where they run Adsense ads because Adsense cookies served to visitors. If you don’t know how to create such policy use this Privacy Policy generator.

2. If your AdSense account is closed because inactivity, Google may send your earnings to charity.

3. AdSense Referral product links can be posted on pages without quality content.

4. AdSense Search can be posted on pages without content.

5. If you are participating in Adsense beta stuff, you should not tell anybody about that.

6. Adsense ads associated with multiple AdSense publishers are permited to be shown on the same page.

7. You can have other contextual advertising ads on same page with AdSense ads.

8. From now you can run Adsense ads on 404 and welcome pages.

But you should read new TOS update again and confirm this changes because maybe i am wrong on some points.
